Berlin is so diverse: with a rich history and so many subcultural scenes around it is hard to pick one favorite neighborhood. So, out of all the neighborhoods in Berlin, I picked five! Including a short history of each, I have gathered all of my favorite things in each place for you to enjoy the next time you visit Berlin.
Visiting Berlin in the summer is like a love affair you never expected to happen: sultry and sunny hot days in a city where music is always playing, beer and cocktails are always flowing, and people are always their kindest selves. During our weekend there, we did as much as we could. Schnitzels, bratwurst, sauerkraut.. three things we did not eat this trip.
