Having spent many childhood summers in France, I can say the country has everything you wish for, for every time of the year. From beautiful slopes on snow-capped mountains, to the lushest beaches and colorful lavender fields. Whether you like to taste champagne in a medieval castle like royalty, or go white water rafting near the Gorges du Verdon, it has something magical for all types of travelers. Don’t forget to check out Corsica at least once in your life, as this island isn’t called the Île de Beauté for nothing!
I get it, your first time on the slopes (or in a new ski resort) can be quite daunting. There are so many things you need to think about and plan beforehand, before you can enjoy the snow! That is why I made this skiing travel guide to one of our favorite places: La Norma, France.
